Job summary
CFS is seeking an experienced Director of HRIS Technology to own the SAP SuccessFactors platform and related HR applications. You will define the roadmap, oversee integrations, security, and compliance, and lead a team of HRIS professionals to deliver scalable tech that drives business growth.
You will partner with HR, Finance, and IT executives to align technology investments with strategic goals, ensuring reliability and enterprise readiness across the HR landscape.
Qualifications
- 12+ years of HRIS/HR Tech experience.
- 8+ years SAP SuccessFactors experience and configuration.
- 5+ years leading HRIS/enterprise teams.
- Experience leading full lifecycle SAP SF implementations or major modules.
- Deep expertise in Employee Central and related SAP SF modules.
- Strong knowledge of security, governance, and ITGC controls.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the HR technology strategy and multi-year roadmap.
- Own SAP SuccessFactors governance and integrations with HR systems.
- Partner with HR, Finance, IT leadership to align solutions with priorities.
- Lead HRIS implementations, enhancements, and upgrades.
- Manage budgets, licensing, partners, and vendor relationships.
- Monitor KPIs for availability, integration quality, and security.
