JE Dunn is seeking a Senior HRIS Manager to provide strategic and operational leadership of the HR technology ecosystem. You will partner across HR, Payroll, IT, Finance and business leaders to drive scalable HR tech solutions, automation, and continuous improvement.

The role emphasizes HR Core, Payroll and Benefits systems, with a focus on data integrity, reporting, and governance. 8–12 years in HRIS and strong SAP SuccessFactors expertise are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, computer science or information technology (Required).
• Masters degree in HR, computer science or information technology (Preferred).
• 8-12 years of progressive HRIS experience including oversight, implementation, and project leadership.

Responsibilities

• Serve as functional owner for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll.
• Provide technical oversight for Workforce Software and Benefits systems and integrations.
• Lead enterprise-scale HR technology initiatives from strategy to deployment and stabilization.
• Develop and maintain the HR technology roadmap with governance and data standards.
