Job summary

Acuity Inc. is seeking an HR Technology Solutions Architect to design and govern end-to-end HR solutions across SAP SuccessFactors and related platforms.

The role spans data flows, integrations, security, and enterprise standards, aligning HR technology with business objectives and enterprise architecture. You will lead global implementations, collaborate with HR, Finance, and Identity teams, and drive scalable, secure, and compliant HR capabilities worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; equivalent experience.
• ~10+ years in enterprise applications, HR technology, or solution architecture, incl. global leadership.
• ~ Deep SAP SuccessFactors expertise, Employee Central, and integrations with HR, payroll, finance, identity, analytics.
• ~ Strong knowledge of HR processes, data architecture, APIs, middleware, and reporting.
• ~ Experience leading global implementations and roadmap governance with stakeholders.
• ~ Willingness to travel as required; familiarity with cloud, Agile, security, privacy.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end HR solution strategy and target architecture (SAP SuccessFactors, Workforce, WalkMe, AcuityOne).
• Govern data flows, integration standards, and data ownership across HR and finance systems.
• Lead design reviews for security, scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Provide hands-on technology leadership during implementations and migrations.
• Guide scope, risk, cutover, and adoption with product and program leaders.
