Job summary

Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Technical Lead to own architecture, configuration, and integrations for our HR technology platform.

You will partner with HR and IT to deliver secure, scalable solutions and ensure smooth biannual releases. Ideal candidates have 7+ years in SAP SuccessFactors, strong leadership, and hands-on experience with CPI, SFAPI, OData, and MDF.

Qualifications

• 7+ years SAP HCM/SuccessFactors experience.
• 3+ years in a technical leadership or platform management role.
• Experience leading at least two full lifecycle SuccessFactors implementations across multiple modules, including Employee Central.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, roadmap, configuration standards, security, and governance of the SuccessFactors platform across environments.
• Oversee configuration and functionality across modules such as Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Succession & Development, Learning, Time Tracking, Workforce Analytics, and Employee Central Payroll.
• Manage integrations using SAP Integration Suite (CPI), Integration Center, OData, SFAPI, IAS/IPS, and third-party HR systems.
• Ensure data integrity, security, privacy, and compliant data management across modules.
• Oversee releases, testing, monitoring, and platform enhancements.
• Lead and mentor internal and external technical teams and manage vendor relationships.
