Qualifications

• 10+ years leading large software engineering programs with KPI reporting to senior leaders.
• 8+ years leading teams in a matrix organization.
• 4+ years partnering with architecture, product and PMO to influence product development.
• 4+ years leading discovery sessions, workshops, demos, onboarding, and enablement.
• 2+ years in a leadership role coordinating across cross-functional teams.
• 2+ years influencing stakeholders and managing vendor/budget relationships.
• 2+ years of strong written and verbal communication driving proposals and roadmaps.
• 2+ years mentoring resources and knowledge transfer across teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive Platform strategy and delivery with Architecture, Product Owners, and AppDev teams.
• Build and scale internal platforms, golden paths, and self-service tools to reduce developer load and improve DX.
• Scale CI/CD pipelines, IaC, GitOps, and DevSecOps to embed security and observability.
• Design scalable, cost-effective technical solutions and enterprise integrations.
• Mentor and lead cross-functional teams; manage cloud spend and vendor relationships.
• Track engineering metrics (e.g., DORA, deployment frequency, MTTR) and ensure compliance.
• Evaluate and integrate AI/ML tools and cloud-native services into delivery lifecycle.
