Job summary

Lumen is seeking an HR Knowledge and Intelligence Manager to govern HR knowledge quality and governance across the enterprise. The role transforms fragmented content into trusted information for employees, leaders, HR professionals, and approved AI agents.

The candidate will lead discovery, taxonomy, and lifecycle standards, partnering with HR, AI, legal, privacy, and security teams to ensure reliable, governable knowledge for responsible AI use.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 7+ years in knowledge management, content strategy, or related fields.
• 3+ years leading cross-functional programs with governance and outcomes.
• Strong understanding of HR functions and sensitive information.
• Experience with AI retrieval, grounding, or semantic search.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain HR knowledge strategy, governance, and success metrics.
• Organize discovery, taxonomy, metadata, and lifecycle standards across repositories.
• Coordinate resolution of duplicate or outdated content with owners.
• Build a coordinated HR knowledge agent workforce with clear boundaries.
• Partner with HR, AI, legal, security, and data teams to ensure reliable knowledge.
• Design tests to ensure agents cite evidence and preserve context.
• Establish a scorecard for coverage, freshness, findability, and performance.
• Promote clear, plain-language HR knowledge while preserving policy precision.
