Job summary

Zaddy Solutions is seeking an experienced Director of Human Resources to lead HR operations across our multi-site distribution, logistics, and supply chain facilities. This leadership role will serve as a key advisor to regional executives, driving human capital strategies that align talent initiatives with business objectives and operational growth.

The role requires strong expertise in employment law, change management, and building dispersed HR teams to support our distributed operations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, ideally supporting multi-site environments within distribution, logistics, and transportation in the food distribution industry.
• Strong knowledge of employment law, organizational change management, workplace culture-building, and leading dispersed HR teams.

Responsibilities

• Strategic partnership with regional presidents and operational leaders to design and execute workforce strategies.
• Oversee employee and labor relations, navigate EEO matters, oversee ADA accommodations, and manage performance counseling and resolutions.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws across multiple facilities while championing safety and HR compliance.
• Oversee talent acquisition strategies, executive sourcing, and regional wage and salary administration.
