Acloché LLC is seeking an experienced Director of Human Resources to lead HR operations across our multi-site distribution, logistics, and supply chain facilities. You will partner with regional executives to align talent initiatives with business growth and operational goals.

Key duties include shaping workforce strategies, guiding employee and labor relations, ensuring compliance and safety, and directing talent acquisition and regional wage administration.

Qualifications

• Experience leading HR across multi-site operations in distribution/logistics/transportation sectors.
• Deep knowledge of employment law, employee relations, and safety compliance.

• Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with regional presidents and leaders to design workforce strategies aligned with business goals.
• Employee & Labor Relations: Guide complex employee relations, address EEO matters, oversee ADA accommodations, and manage performance outcomes.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws while promoting HR compliance and safety across distributed facilities.
• Talent & Compensation: Oversee talent acquisition strategies, executive search, and wage/salary administration across regions.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Human Resources to lead comprehensive HR operations across our multi-site distribution, logistics, and supply chain facilities. In this vital leadership role, you will act as a key advisor to regional executives, driving human capital strategies that align talent initiatives directly with broader business objectives and operational growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Partnership:Collaborate closely with regional presidents and operational leaders to design and execute workforce strategies that support business goals.
• Employee & Labor Relations:Guide complex employee relations, navigate EEO matters, oversee ADA accommodations, and manage performance counseling and resolutions.
• Compliance & Safety:Maintain rigorous adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws while championing safety and HR compliance across multiple distributed facilities.
• Talent & Compensation:Oversee talent acquisition strategies, executive sourcing, and regional wage and salary administration.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience:8+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, ideally supporting multi-site environments within distribution, logistics, and transportation in the food distribution industry.
• Core Skills:Comprehensive expertise in employment law, organizational change management, workplace culture-building, and leading dispersed, multi-location HR teams.
