Aspire Talent Solutions seeks an experienced and strategic Director of Human Resources to lead HR operations across our distributed distribution, logistics, and supply chain facilities. You will partner with regional executives to align talent initiatives with growth and profitability.

This role demands mastery of employment law, labor relations, safety compliance, and scalable talent acquisition, while cultivating a high-performance culture across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, ideally supporting multi-site environments within distribution, logistics, and transportation in the food distribution industry.
• Comprehensive expertise in employment law, organizational change management, workplace culture-building, and leading dispersed, multi-location HR teams.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Human Resources to lead comprehensive HR operations across our multi-site distribution, logistics, and supply chain facilities.
