Accounting Search is seeking a seasoned Director of Human Resources to lead HR operations across our multi-site distribution, logistics, and supply chain facilities. • 8+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, ideally supporting multi-site environments within distribution, logistics, and transportation in the food distribution industry.
• Comprehensive expertise in employment law, organizational change management, workplace culture-building, and leading dispersed, multi-location HR teams.

• Employee & Labor Relations: Guide complex employee relations, navigate EEO matters, oversee ADA accommodations, and manage performance counseling and resolutions.
• Compliance & Safety: Maintain adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws while championing safety and HR compliance across multiple distributed facilities.
• Talent & Compensation: Oversee talent acquisition strategies, executive sourcing, and regional wage and salary administration.

About the Role
