In this strategic role, you will advise regional executives and craft human capital strategies that align talent initiatives with business goals and operational growth.

You will guide employee relations, ensure compliance with employment laws, champion safety, and oversee talent acquisition and compensation programs across locations.

• 8+ years of progressive HR leadership experience.

About the Role
