Job summary

Stord is seeking a Director of Fulfillment for the Stord Partner Network (SPN) to drive multi-site operational excellence. You will own the AOR P&L, set strategic fulfillment direction, and lead a large team across facilities.

The role requires hands-on leadership in a fast-growth environment and close collaboration with talent, finance, and operations partners. Ideal candidates bring a decade of omni-channel fulfillment operations leadership, proven cost control, and a track record of building

Qualifications

• 10+ years of management experience in high-velocity omni-channel fulfillment operations.
• Experience leading teams of 200+ people, salaried and non-exempt.
• Lean and Six Sigma methodologies are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and own P&L for the area of responsibility (AOR).
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and reduce cost across centers.
• Monitor key metrics and report findings; drive solutions and continuous improvement.
• Manage operational budget, allocate resources, control costs, and ensure profitability.
• Develop peak-season strategies and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance customer experience.
