Job summary

Stord is hiring a VP, Fulfillment Planning & Optimization to translate customer demand into operational readiness across our fulfillment network. You will own the S&OP process, turning forecasts into site and labor requirements and driving readiness across MHE, facilities, procurement, and training.

This leader will manage the planning cycle with CX, Operations, and support teams to ensure scalable, reliable service.

Qualifications

• Experience owning S&OP, workforce and capacity planning at scale.
• Translate forecasts into labor hours, capacity, and operating needs.
• Track forecast accuracy and respond to risk with scenarios.
• Demonstrate strong cross-functional PM and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• S&OP & Demand Planning: Own the end-to-end planning cycle across the network.
• Labor Planning: Define site, shift, and path labor requirements and schedules.
• Operational Readiness: Translate forecast into readiness plans for MHE, facilities, and procurement.
• Readiness Program Management: Connect S&OP to execution with milestones and owners.
• Actuals & Continuous Replanning: Compare forecast to reality and adjust plans.
