Job summary

Stord, The Consumer Experience Company, seeks a Director of Fulfillment for Stord Partner Network (SPN) in the Atlanta area. You will own the P&L for the AOR and lead senior operations teams across multiple fulfillment centers, ensuring peak performance, cost control, and customer‑centric service.

You will drive strategic fulfillment initiatives, mentor site leaders, and partner with Talent Acquisition on workforce plans while modeling Stord’s values in a fast‑growing environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of management experience in high velocity omni‑channel fulfillment operations.
• Experience leading teams of 200+ people and managing multiple facilities.
• Experience developing and owning P&L across fulfillment/distribution centers.
• Experience with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and own P&L for the Area of Responsibility (AOR).
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and reduce cost across fulfillment centers.
• Monitor key metrics and drive improvements across multiple centers.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on recruiting and labor planning.
• Manage the operational budget and ensure profitability.
• Develop peak season strategies and cross‑functional customer experience initiatives.
