Stord, Inc. is seeking a VP, Fulfillment Planning & Optimization to lead end-to-end S&OP across the fulfillment network.

This leader will translate demand forecasts into operational readiness, labor plans, and readiness programs to meet customer commitments at scale. Sitting at the intersection of Customer Experience, Operations, and Support, you will program manage the full planning cycle, build scalable models, and drive continuous replanning as volumes evolve across sites in the US and

Qualifications

• Experience owning S&OP, workforce, labor, capacity, or network planning at scale.
• Deep understanding of translating forecasts into labor hours, space, and operating capacity.
• Strong analytical skills and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience in fast-changing environments with operational and financial impact.

Responsibilities

• Own S&OP and Demand Planning across the fulfillment network, translating forecasts into site-specific requirements.
• Translate demand into a workforce plan, determine labor requirements by site, shift, process path, and horizon.
• Translate operating forecast into readiness requirements across MHE, EHS, Procurement, IE, and Training.
• Own the readiness program management, linking S&OP to delivery milestones across functions.
• Close the loop with Actuals, Feedback & Continuous Replanning, measuring forecast accuracy and adjusting plans.
