Stord is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a high-volume fulfillment center in the United States. You will oversee inbound, outbound, B2C/B2B flows, inventories, and staffing, ensuring accurate KPIs and efficient processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in a high volume direct to consumer environment at manager level or higher.
• Experience leading salaried teams of 5 or more.
• Experience leading teams of 60+ non-exempt employees.
• Experience running a highly technical operation, including automation.
• Experience in a 200k sq ft facility or larger.
• Experience with process improvements (Lean Six Sigma/Kaizen).

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day operations for the fulfillment center including inbound, put away, outbound, B2C and B2B, and returns.
• Lead and develop Area Managers and warehouse staff to meet daily goals.
• Set and maintain operational KPIs: location accuracy, dock to stock, outbound SLA, order productivity.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and QA activities in ICQA; ensure SOPs and audit readiness.
• Budgeting and payroll responsibility for operations.
• Schedule and staffing planning to meet demand.
• Support new client launches and cross-functional collaborations.
• Develop coaching for Area Managers and staff.
• Collaborate with IE, solutions engineering, QA, and implementations.
