Intapp is seeking a Director of Field Effectiveness to lead a team that scales go-to-market capability across sales, customer success, services, and partners. This player-coach role combines leadership with hands-on delivery and field engagement.

You will own field communications, training, content, and AI-enabled selling practices, partnering with senior leaders to close capability gaps and drive measurable impact. Hybrid work in Charlotte, NC.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in go-to-market-facing roles, with a foundation in sales or customer success.
• 3+ years in enablement leadership with direct people management experience.
• Demonstrated track record of building go-to-market methodology across multiple GTM segments.
• AI-native mindset with a point of view on how AI tools change GTM work.

Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and develop a team of Field Effectiveness Managers across sales, customer success, services, and partners.
• Translate go-to-market strategy into field execution and activate programs on the ground.
• Lead AI fluency efforts and drive adoption of AI-assisted selling and coaching.
• Own field communications, training programming, and content for each GTM segment.
