Intapp is seeking a Client Services Field Effectiveness Senior Manager to lead enablement for the Client Services organization. You will activate programs, measure adoption, and feed field insights to improve delivery while promoting AI-native practices with Intapp Celeste.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in professional services, consulting, or implementation.
• 2+ years in enablement or field effectiveness supporting a Client Services or technical audience.
• Ability to translate complex delivery methodology into accessible training content.
• Experience in vertical SaaS or enterprise software environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as embedded enablement partner to Client Services, aligning priorities with Field Effectiveness and GTM Strategy & Operations.
• Own onboarding, everboarding, and training programs including workshops, sessions, content, and certifications.
• Model AI-native working habits and drive adoption of Intapp Celeste across project work and knowledge management.
• Measure impact on time-to-billability, time-to-go-live, delivery quality, and CSAT/tNPS.
• Build a manager reinforcement motion into every program.
