Job summary

AspenTech seeks a Director of GTM Sales Enablement to transform how product strategy becomes sales execution, driving seller productivity with modern tools and AI. This global leader will shape the launch readiness, sales plays, and field adoption of the sales stack and AI.

A hands-on technologist will set direction, quality, and measurable impact across regions and functions. You will partner with Product Marketing, Product Management, Sales, and Solution Consulting to create a unified GTM

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Sales, Sales Enablement, GTM, Product Marketing, or related roles at Director or senior manager levels.
• Front-line sales or sales-adjacent experience with enterprise deals understanding.
• Proven ability to align launches, plays, and field readiness with Product Marketing, Product Management, and Sales leadership.
• Hands-on expertise with AI tools and the sales technology stack; able to design and quality-check use cases.

Responsibilities

• Own the GTM enablement strategy and priorities with Sales Enablement, Sales, Solution Consulting, Product Marketing, and Product Management.
• Define standards for launch readiness and sales plays, including ownership and field prep for new offers and messaging.
• Translate product and offer strategy into field systems of plays, talk tracks, and competitive guidance; ensure adoption.
• Align Sales, Solution Consulting, Services, and partner messaging for a single GTM narrative.
• Lead technology and AI productivity agenda for Sales Enablement; identify high-value use cases and drive adoption across the sales stack.
• BuildEnablement team’s capability to produce content and programs with AI and existing platforms.
• Lead field change management and measure adoption, time saved, and deal outcomes.
• Direct complex, cross-functional GTM and technology initiatives with sequencing and trade-offs.
