Planet Green Holdings seeks a Director of Technical Account Management, Customer Success to lead global TAM and CS for a pioneering DLP AI platform. You will turn cybersecurity challenges into outcomes, onboarding teams, preventing leaks, and driving demonstrated ROI for CISOs.

This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on customer advocacy, reporting to the CRO. Remote (US) with 30% travel, full-time, supporting Fortune 500 clients and expanding multi-year, seven-figure DLP AI deployments

Qualifications

• Experience leading TAM and CS teams in cybersecurity.
• Strong knowledge of DLP/AI platforms.
• Ability to translate cyber risk into product requirements.

Responsabilités

• Master the DLP AI Engine and reduce policy false-positives while briefing CISOs.
• Orchestrate onboarding and policy live-fire drills within 30 days.
• Run a SOC-like dashboard to monitor policy adoption and churn risk.
• Feed the roadmap with frontline intel to ship zero-day DLP defenses.
• Scale a world-class cybersecurity success team and drive multi-year deployments.
• Triage incidents with Engineering to fix DLP gaps before they trend.
• Travel ~30% for workshops and executive engagements.
