Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 8+ years of experience in product operations or related fields.
• Experience translating enterprise strategy into scalable governance and processes.
• Ability to lead executive discussions and cross-functional decisions.
• People leadership experience including coaching and building teams.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement the Consumer Digital operating model and governance.
• Define tools, templates, playbooks, and standards to guide delivery.
• Establish governance forums to clarify ownership and accelerate decisions.
• Lead portfolio visibility, cadence, and execution of priorities.
• Oversee budgets, workforce planning, recruiting, and onboarding.
• Drive culture, transparency, collaboration, and accountability across teams.
• Develop and mentor the Consumer Digital program management team.
• Create performance measures and feedback loops for continuous improvement.
