Humana Inc. seeks a Director, Consumer Digital Product Operations to shape transformation strategies and optimize product delivery at scale.

This leader will define operating rhythms, governance, and performance metrics while partnering with senior leaders to align initiatives with enterprise goals. They will oversee budget planning, workforce planning, recruiting, onboarding, and program management, driving a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement across Consumer Digital.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 8+ years of experience in product operations, digital transformation, enterprise transformation, portfolio management, or related discipline.
• Experience designing operating models in a large, complex organization.
• Ability to translate enterprise or business-unit strategy into scalable governance, planning and prioritization processes.
• Proven track record leading executive discussions and cross-functional decisions.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement the Consumer Digital product operating model, including roles, governance, and end-to-end ways of working.
• Define and maintain tools, templates, playbooks, and standards for planning, prioritization, delivery, measurement and improvement.
• Establish governance and operating forums that clarify ownership and accelerate decisions.
• Lead the organization’s operating cadence, portfolio visibility, and follow-through on priorities.
• Oversee budget planning and management, workforce coordination, recruiting and onboarding processes.
• Drive culture and connectivity across Consumer Digital with engagement, transparency, collaboration, and shared priorities.
• Lead and develop the Consumer Digital program management team for disciplined execution.
• Create performance measures and feedback loops to assess adoption and effectiveness.
• Advise senior leaders on operating-model choices, tradeoffs, and execution risks.
