Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking a Director, Consumer Digital Product Operations to design and execute transformation programs that align with enterprise strategy and drive performance.

You will lead cross-functional teams, establish governance, and equip product teams to deliver at scale across Consumer Digital. The role focuses on operating models, budgeting, workforce planning, and communications, partnering with senior leaders to ensure measurable customer and business impact while fostering a culture

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; 8+ years experience in product operations, digital transformation, enterprise transformation, portfolio management, or related discipline.
• Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into scalable governance, planning and prioritization processes, decision forums, operating rhythms, tools, templates, and performance measures across multiple teams.
• Proven capability to lead executive discussions, facilitate cross-functional decisions, and communicate complex topics clearly.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, make thoughtful tradeoffs, and lead change through partnership and practical implementation.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement the Consumer Digital product operating model, including roles, decision rights, governance, and end-to-end ways of working.
• Define and maintain tools, templates, playbooks, and standards that help teams plan, prioritize, deliver, measure, and improve products.
• Establish governance and operating forums that clarify ownership, accelerate decisions, surface risks, and strengthen accountability.
• Lead the organization’s operating cadence, portfolio visibility, communications, and follow-through on priorities.
• Own team operations: budget planning/management, workforce coordination, recruiting/onboarding, and org-wide communications.
• Drive culture and connectivity across Consumer Digital with engagement, transparency, collaboration, and shared priorities.
• Lead and develop the Consumer Digital program management team, ensuring disciplined execution of initiatives.
• Create performance measures and feedback loops to assess adoption and continuous improvement.
• Advise senior leaders on operating-model choices and tradeoffs to improve outcomes.
