Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking a Director, Consumer Digital Product Operations to guide transformation initiatives that advance enterprise strategy and deliver measurable business impact. You will shape governance, planning processes, and operating rhythms enabling scalable product delivery.

The role partners with senior leaders across product, technology, and analytics to ensure clarity, accountability, and effective execution. Occasional travel and a focus on customer outcomes are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 8+ years in product operations, digital transformation, or enterprise transformation.
• Experience translating strategy into scalable governance and processes.
• Ability to lead executive discussions and cross-functional decisions.
• Proven change management and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Design and oversee a modern operating model for Consumer Digital Product Operations.
• Define governance, tools, templates, and standards to plan, deliver, and measure product initiatives.
• Lead budget planning, workforce coordination, and onboarding processes.
• Drive organizational culture, transparency, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Provide executive-level updates on outcomes, insights, and recommended actions.
• Develop and lead the Consumer Digital program management team and operating cadence.
