• Design and implement the Consumer Digital product operating model, including roles and governance.
• Define tools, templates, playbooks, and standards for planning, delivery, and measurement.
• Establish governance forums to clarify ownership and accelerate decisions.
• Lead the organization’s operating cadence, portfolio visibility, and priorities.
• Oversee budget planning, workforce coordination, recruiting, and onboarding.
• Drive culture and connectivity across Consumer Digital with engagement and transparency.
• Develop the program management team and ensure disciplined execution of initiatives.
• Create performance measures and feedback loops to assess adoption of the operating model.
