Humana Inc. is seeking a Director of Consumer Digital Product Operations to shape and scale how our digital products are delivered. You will partner with senior leaders to define operating rhythms, governance, and standards that drive measurable outcomes and organizational effectiveness.

The role combines strategy translation with hands-on governance, budget management, and team leadership to build a high-performing Consumer Digital organization. Travel may be required occasionally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 8+ years in product operations, digital transformation, or portfolio management in a large organization.
• Ability to translate strategy into scalable governance, planning, and performance measures.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement the Consumer Digital product operating model with clear roles and governance.
• Develop and maintain tools, templates, playbooks, and standards for planning, delivery, and measurement.
• Establish governance forums to accelerate decisions and clarify ownership.
• Lead operating cadence, portfolio visibility, and follow-through on priorities.
• Oversee budget planning, workforce coordination, and onboarding communications.
• Drive culture and connectivity across Consumer Digital and strengthen engagement.
