Humana Inc. seeks a Director of Consumer Digital Product Operations to shape and evolve the operating model for the consumer digital organization.

The role balances enterprise-wide governance with pragmatic flexibility, guiding teams to deliver products effectively at scale. Working with senior leaders across product, technology, design, analytics, and business units, you will drive accountable decision-making, performance measures, and outcomes that improve customer experiences and business

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 8+ years in product operations, digital transformation, or related discipline with operating-model design experience in large organizations.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into scalable governance, planning, and performance measures across teams.
• Strong track record leading executive discussions, cross-functional decisions, and clear communication of complex topics.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement the Consumer Digital product operating model, including roles, decision rights, governance, and end-to-end ways of working.
• Define tools, templates, playbooks, and standards to plan, deliver, measure, and improve products.
• Establish governance forums to clarify ownership and accelerate decisions while maintaining accountability.
• Lead operating cadence, portfolio visibility, and follow-through on priorities.
• Oversee budget planning, workforce coordination, recruiting, onboarding, and internal communications.
• Drive culture and connectivity across Consumer Digital through engagement and transparency.
• Develop the program management team and ensure disciplined execution of initiatives.
• Create performance measures and feedback loops for ongoing improvement.
