Job summary

EPAM Systems seeks a Director of Digital Engagement to lead marketing, commerce and loyalty solutions, driving digital growth for major clients. You will shape experience platforms including Salesforce, Adobe, Shopify, and Optimizely, guiding strategy and technology execution to foster lasting customer relationships.

The role requires deep marketing/commerce expertise and strong consulting experience, with travel up to 25-50% for client work and industry events.

Qualifications

• Eight or more years of experience building client relationships and leading teams in digital marketing, commerce and loyalty.
• Proven track record driving revenue and managing large accounts with growth targets.
• Deep expertise in marketing and commerce tech ecosystems including Salesforce, Adobe, Shopify, Optimizely, Talon One and Eagle Eye.
• Experience designing and implementing agentic commerce solutions to boost consumer engagement.
• Excellent problem solving and strategic prioritization across multiple priorities.
• Strong ability to influence stakeholders with clear communication and compelling business cases.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital engagement strategies, program roadmaps and tech solutions for enterprise clients.
• Shape CX solutions across platforms like Salesforce, Adobe, Shopify and Optimizely.
• Oversee end-to-end solution life cycle from design to release.
• Build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to maximize account growth.
• Drive digital revenue by identifying opportunities and supporting sales activities.
• Scope and price engagements, ensuring smooth transitions from sales to delivery.
• Proactively pursue new business within accounts and through industry events.
