The role shapes compelling digital solutions across eCommerce, Digital Experience Platforms, Content Management, MarTech, Loyalty, and AI-enabled experiences.

The candidate partners with sales, consulting, and delivery teams to translate client needs into practical solutions, guiding the full pursuit lifecycle from qualification through proposal

Qualifications

• Five+ years in IT/consulting/delivery or presales.
• Experience delivering digital transformation or platform implementations.
• Track record creating proposal content and executive-ready presentations.
• Understanding of presales processes from qualification to pitch prep.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate presales process aligning with client needs and outcomes.
• Define target solution direction for each opportunity.
• Partner with sales and delivery leaders across pursuit lifecycle.
• Coordinate proposal development with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with architects to validate feasibility and delivery approach.
• Develop business cases and value articulation for executive audiences.
• Participate in client pitches as subject matter expert.
• Share reusable assets and pursuit learnings.
