EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Director, Digital Engagement to lead marketing, commerce and loyalty initiatives for enterprise clients in the US.

You will shape digital strategy, drive revenue growth and act as a strategic advisor connecting business goals with technology solutions. You will work with platforms like Salesforce, Adobe, Shopify, Talon.One, Eagle Eye, and Optimizely, manage end-to-end delivery, build strong client relationships, and identify new opportunities through RFP responses

Qualifications

8+ years in client relationships and leading teams delivering digital marketing, commerce and loyalty solutions.
Experience driving revenue, managing large accounts and billable growth targets.
Strong knowledge of marketing and commerce technology ecosystems.
Clear communication and presentation skills to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Serve as the digital engagement lead to create marketing and commerce strategies, program roadmaps and technology solutions for enterprise clients.
Shape customer experience solutions using platforms like Salesforce, Adobe, Shopify, Optimizely, Talon One and Eagle Eye.
Oversee the full solution life cycle from design to development and release.
Build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to maximize account growth.
Drive digital revenue by identifying new opportunities and leading RFP responses.
Hunt for new business opportunities within existing accounts and at industry events.
