Job summary

Lob is seeking a Business Operations Manager to lead cross-functional programs that span Finance, Product, Engineering, Legal, our Print & Delivery Network, and Go-to-Market. You will own initiatives from ambiguity to documented processes with named owners and measurable outcomes.

You will run three to five concurrent programs, drive outcomes across teams, and deliver analysis using Lob's data stack and AI tools. Flexibility with remote work is available for this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4-7+ years post-undergrad in management consulting/corporate strategy or business operations.
• Experience with cross-functional programs across Finance, Product, Engineering, Legal, and GTM.
• Familiarity with BI/data warehouse tooling and AI-assisted analysis expected.

Responsibilities

• Own cross-functional programs spanning Finance, Product, Engineering, Legal, Print & Delivery Network, and Go-to-Market.
• Run three to five concurrent programs with defined end states and owners.
• Drive outcomes across teams and escalate dependencies.
• Produce analysis using data and reporting stack and AI tooling.
• Document each program and transition to fixed owner with measurable metrics.
• Provide FP&A, Deal Desk, and Business Operations analytics support; assist cadence planning (QBRs, leadership offsites).
• Scoping ambiguous work, sequencing dependencies, and holding owners to dates.
• Proficient with BI and data tools; SQL helpful but not required.
• Adapt to fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
