Qualifications

• Oversee construction management, planning and scheduling, project execution and cost management.
• Develop project execution plans for third-party construction.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal resources to keep projects on schedule.
• Provide weekly/monthly status reports to senior leadership.
• Ensure compliance with client contracts, plans and specs.
