Job summary

Clearway Energy Group is seeking a Director, Construction reporting to the Senior Vice President, Construction. You will supervise construction management, planning & scheduling, project execution, and cost management to review, execute, and approve projects efficiently.

The role requires leading 3rd party contractors, coordinating with design teams, and delivering projects on schedule and within budget. A Bachelor’s in Construction Management and 15+ years of experience with wind/solar energy

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
• 15+ years of progressive construction experience required.
• Experience with wind energy projects and/or PV Solar & BESS energy projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate timelines and deliverables with stakeholders.
• Monitor budget, schedule, and cost management for each project.
• Oversee 3rd party contractors and vendors to ensure quality and timeliness.
• Prepare and present weekly/monthly status reports to VP of Construction.
• Ensure compliance with client contracts, plans, and specifications.
• Maintain project documentation and change orders; track invoices.
