Job summary

Clearway Energy Group is seeking a Director, Construction in San Diego to lead construction management, planning, scheduling and cost control across wind, solar and storage projects. You will supervise project teams, coordinate with design and procurement, review plans, manage budgets, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

This role requires extensive experience in large-scale energy construction and excellent leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
• 15+ years of progressive construction experience.
• Experience supervising and/or managing direct reports.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate with all levels of internal and external customers.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel.

Responsibilities

• Develops project execution plans for 3rd party construction for submission and approval.
• Identify project pinch points to avoid delays.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal resources to meet timelines.
