Job summary

NextGenEnergyJobs in Denver seeks a Director of Construction to lead construction management, planning, scheduling, and cost control across wind energy and solar/BESS projects. You will supervise teams, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure projects meet schedules and budgets.

The role requires 15+ years of progressive construction experience, a Bachelor's in Construction Management, and strong leadership, reporting to the Senior Vice President of Construction.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive construction experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Experience with wind energy and/or PV Solar & BESS projects.

Responsibilities

• Supervise construction management, planning and scheduling, project execution and cost management.
• Review, execute, and approve construction projects in a cost-efficient manner.
• Develop project execution plans for 3rd party construction and submittals.
• Coordinate with design teams on long lead materials and alternatives.
• Prepare weekly and monthly status reports to SVP of Construction.
• Ensure compliance with client contracts, 3rd party contracts, and plans.
