Job summary

Clearway Energy Group in Denver seeks a Director, Construction to supervise and drive construction activities from planning through execution. You will oversee schedule, cost management and vendor coordination while reporting to the Senior Vice President, Construction.

Ideal candidates bring 15+ years of construction experience, a Bachelor's in Construction Management or related field, and a track record on wind, PV solar and BESS energy projects. A competitive annual bonus is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
• 15+ years of progressive construction experience required.
• Experience with wind energy projects and/or PV/BESS energy projects.
• Ability to supervise direct reports and lead teams.
• Strong communication and analytical skills; proficient in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction management, planning and scheduling, project execution and cost management.
• Develop timelines, coordinate with stakeholders and vendors.
• Review plans and ensure timely approvals and change orders.
• Manage budgets, invoices and 3rd party contractors.
