Job summary

360X Staffing is seeking a Director of Construction to oversee planning, execution, and delivery of utility-scale renewables projects. You will report to the SVP of Construction and manage schedules, budgets, and contractor teams to ensure safe, on-time, within-budget outcomes.

Responsibilities include developing execution plans, coordinating with engineering and procurement, and delivering updates to executives while enforcing compliance and quality across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 15+ years of progressive construction management experience.
• Utility-scale wind and/or solar PV & BESS construction experience required.
• Proven leadership experience managing construction teams and contractors.
• Strong knowledge of project scheduling, budgeting, cost control, and contract management.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Construction, this role is responsible for managing project schedules, budgets, third-party contractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with contractual and technical requirements.
