• 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in research administration or sponsored projects administration.
• Experience in business operations, performance management, process improvement, and project/program management in a complex, matrixed environment.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills with leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a business operations team focused on performance improvement and analytics.
• Monitor operational performance using KPIs, dashboards, and reports.
• Drive business process reengineering across study lifecycles.
• Manage a program management function overseeing cross-functional initiatives.
• Design resource management tools to assess workload and staffing needs.
• Communicate operational expectations and results to collaborators.
• Collaborate with MCIT to optimize supporting systems.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and guidance documents for the research enterprise.
