Reporting to the Senior Director of Business Operations, Regulatory Affairs, and the Center for Biospecimen Research and Development, the Director of Business Operations leads performance management and process improvement for key clinical research operations (CRO) and sponsored research operations (SRO) units in the Office of Science & Research. The Director oversees a team (Program Manager and Program Coordinator) and partners with CRO and SRO unit directors and OSR leadership to design and implement process reengineering, dashboards, and tools that enhance the efficiency, quality, and financial sustainability of clinical and sponsored research operations.

NYU Langone Health provides a salary range to comply with the New York State Law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The salary range for this role is $152,240.27 – $175,000.00 annually. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, specialty, education, and hospital need.
