Responsibilities

• Lead a business operations team focused on performance improvement, analytics, and project management.
• Monitor operational performance across units using KPIs, dashboards, and reports.
• Lead business process reengineering across lifecycles (start-up, contracting, budgeting, post-award).
• Manage a program management function to oversee cross-functional initiatives.
• Develop resource management tools to assess workload and staffing needs.
• Communicate operational expectations and results to leadership and partners.
• Partner with MCIT to optimize systems supporting research operations.
• Contribute to SOPs and guidance for research business processes.
