You will manage a team of strategic sellers and customer service managers, develop growth strategies, and build and maintain key customer relationships that drive revenue and customer value. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing is required.
• 3–5 years of progressive sales leadership experience, including direct management of a remote sales team.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales goals.
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety culture and strategic sales planning.
• Develop and execute sales plans with quotas and growth targets.
