Sunbelt Rentals is seeking a Director of Facilities Maintenance and Retail - Climate Control to provide strategic leadership for a national team. You will drive revenue growth, manage senior sellers and customer service managers, and partner with sales and operations to achieve division goals.

The role requires building key customer relationships, going to market with Facilities Maintenance strategies, and collaborating with Marketing to strengthen Sunbelt's leadership in climate-control

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing.
• Experience in equipment rental, construction, or facilities maintenance industry preferred.
• 3-5 years of progressive sales leadership experience, including remote team management.
• Proven record of exceeding sales goals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to lead meetings (in person and virtual).
• Strong people skills with demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, motivate teams.
• Familiarity with sales technology, with CRM software and digital engagement tools.
• Overnight travel as required.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and acceptable driving history.
• Can reside anywhere in the US as long as you live close to a major Airport.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Safety Culture within all sales activities.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans with quotas and goals.
• Create quarterly and annual revenue budgets and monitor KPIs.
• Oversee the Facilities Maintenance SCRs and foster a high-performing sales culture.
• Lead go-to-market strategies for facilities maintenance.
• Collaborate with Marketing to strengthen brand presence.
• Negotiate and manage master rental agreements and payment terms.
• Mentor and lead Customer Service Managers and cross-functional teams.
• Identify key customers and expand into new market segments.
• Promote innovation and cross-functional collaboration.
