Sunbelt Rentals is seeking a Director of Facilities Maintenance and Retail - Climate Control to provide strategic leadership for the Climate Control Facilities Maintenance team. You will guide a team of strategic sellers and customer service managers, drive growth strategies, nurture key customer relationships, and align with sales and operations to achieve revenue and operational excellence.

The role requires establishing budgets, quarterly reviews, and a customer-centric go-to-market approach

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing.
• Experience in equipment rental, construction, or facilities maintenance preferred; CMMS and client portals beneficial.
• 3–5 years of progressive sales leadership, including remote team management.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety culture within all sales activities.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans with quotas and growth targets.
• Manage revenue budgets and monitor KPIs for team performance.
