Sunbelt Rentals is seeking a Director of Facilities Maintenance and Retail - Climate Control to lead the FM sales and customer service teams, shaping growth strategies and building key customer relationships. You will drive revenue growth, manage budgets, and partner with operations to ensure excellence in service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing.
• 3–5 years of progressive sales leadership experience managing remote teams.
• Experience in equipment rental, construction, or facilities maintenance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety culture within all sales activities.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans with quotas and goals.
• Create quarterly and annual revenue budgets and monitor KPIs.
• Oversee the Facilities Maintenance SCRs to ensure alignment with objectives.
• Lead go-to-market strategies for facilities maintenance and drive customer value.
• Collaborate with marketing to strengthen brand and messaging.
• Negotiate and manage master rental agreements and payment terms.
• Mentor and build a high-performing sales and customer service team.
