Sunbelt Rentals is seeking a Director, Facilities Maintenance and Retail - Climate Control to lead the Climate Control Facilities Maintenance team, drive growth, and build key customer relationships. You will set strategies, oversee a sales force, and partner with operations to deliver exceptional service and sustained revenue.

This role requires 3–5 years of leadership in sales, deep knowledge of CMMS and CRM systems, and a willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing.
• 3–5 years of progressive sales leadership, including remote team management.
• Proven record of exceeding sales goals.
• Familiarity with CRM software and digital engagement tools.
• Knowledge of CMMS and client portals preferred.
• Willingness to travel overnight.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and acceptable driving history.

Responsabilités

• Lead strategic sales planning and quotas for climate control facilities maintenance.
• Oversee SCRs, align activities with business objectives.
• Develop go-to-market strategies for facilities maintenance.
• Manage revenue budgets, monitor KPIs, and report to leadership.
• Collaborate with contracts, legal, and fulfillment teams.
• Build and maintain key customer relationships.
