Job summary

Verizon is seeking an Associate Director of Business Channel Management Strategy to lead a team of Sr. Client Partners.

You will shape sales strategy across OTM, D2D, and MTU channels to drive high-quality growth for a converged portfolio including Fios and mobility solutions. You will build executive relationships, forecast performance, and mentor your team while collaborating with sales leaders and internal stakeholders to align strategy and outcomes that benefit Verizon, its partners,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of work experience.
• Eight or more years of relevant work experience in sales leadership, channel management, or business development.
• Experience leading a geographically dispersed team.
• Proven track record of managing converged sales and hitting aggressive growth targets.
• Proven capability in crafting executive presentations and analyzing data.
• Demonstrated skill using AI to enhance operations and growth.
• Two or more years of Verizon Business experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the overarching strategy for OTM and D2D partner programs.
• Form strategic relationships with partner leadership and align with Verizon objectives.
• Forecast, analyze results, and optimize sales for sustainable growth.
• Lead, develop, and mentor the team to achieve strong results.
• Forecast program requirements and maximize partner profitability.
• Facilitate contracts and support negotiations for growth.
• Serve as escalation point to streamline processes and remove roadblocks.
