Verizon is seeking an Associate Director of Business Channel Management Strategy to lead a dispersed team focused on sales strategy for OTM, D2D, and MTU channels across a converged portfolio including Fios, FWA, Mobility, and Frontier solutions.

You will influence partner executives, align with Sales Leaders, and drive high-quality, sustainable growth while managing contracts and negotiations. This is a nationwide mobile role with travel expectations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of work experience.
8+ years in sales leadership, channel management, or business development.
Experience leading a geographically dispersed team.
Proven track record of converged sales and hitting aggressive growth targets.
Proven skill in crafting executive presentations and delivering briefs.
Demonstrated ability to use AI to enhance operations and growth.
2+ years of Verizon Business experience.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement the overarching strategy for OTM and D2D partner programs.
Build and maintain strategic relationships with partner leadership.
Forecast, measure, and optimize sales performance for quality growth.
Lead, mentor, and develop the team to advise partners effectively.
