Job summary

Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. seeks a Casino Partnerships Manager to acquire, develop, and grow partnerships with land-based casinos and loyalty programs across the NCLH brands.

You will build a qualified pipeline, lead partner programs, and translate performance data into actionable recommendations to drive guest acquisition and revenue across Norwegian Cruise Line, Oceania Cruises, and Regent Seven Seas Cruises.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or commensurate professional experience.
• Seven or more years of progressive experience in casino marketing, player development, casino business development, strategic partnerships, loyalty marketing, or a related commercial role.
• Established relationships with property marketing leaders and executive decision makers in the assigned casino region.
• Experience developing financial proposals, evaluating partnership economics, forecasting revenue, and using performance data to recommend action.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute a territory development plan prioritizing casino operators and properties.
• Develop relationships with presidents, GM, CMOs, and loyalty decision makers.
• Originate, qualify, and advance new partnership opportunities.
• Create partner-specific business cases and proposals with target players and commercial terms.
• Support negotiation of partnership terms and coordinate internal approvals.
