Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. is seeking a Casino Partnerships Manager to acquire and grow relationships with land-based casinos and loyalty programs.

You will drive a qualified pipeline, guide partnership economics, and align marketing, loyalty, analytics, and legal teams to maximize guest acquisition and incremental revenue across NCLH brands. You will build executive-level relationships, develop compelling business cases, and lead negotiations to deliver measurable impact.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in casino marketing or partnership roles with revenue impact.
• Experience acquiring and growing complex casino partnerships.
• Proven relationships with property marketing leaders and executives.

Responsibilities

• Develop territory plans prioritizing casino operators and properties by value.
• Build relationships with presidents, GMs, CMOs, and loyalty decision makers.
• Originates and advances partnership opportunities through discovery and outreach.
• Create partner-specific business cases defining target players and terms.
• Negotiate terms and coordinate approvals with leadership and legal teams.
• Maintain pipeline, plans, and forecasts in the CRM system.
• Serve as primary commercial owner for assigned partners.
• Assess segments, reinvestment, loyalty economics to identify value.
• Design marketing programs, loyalty campaigns, and reciprocal offers.
• Lead business reviews and secure commitments for growth.
• Provide partner-facing training and sales materials to teams.
