Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. (NCLH) seeks a Casino Partnerships Manager to acquire and grow alliances with land-based casinos, casino management companies, and loyalty programs across the NCLH brands.

You will build a pipeline in the assigned territory, develop partner-specific business cases, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver profitable guest acquisition for Norwegian Cruise Line, Oceania Cruises, and Regent Seven Seas Cruises.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, finance, or marketing.
• 7+ years in casino marketing or partnerships with proven revenue goals.
• Strong relationships with executive decision makers in the casino industry.
• Experience developing financial proposals and partnership economics.

• Build territory plans prioritizing casino operators by value and fit.
• Develop relationships with presidents, GMs, CMOs, and loyalty leaders.
• Origin and advance new partnerships through discovery and outreach.
• Create partner business cases with commercial models and required investments.
• Support term negotiations and cross-functional approvals.
• Maintain pipeline and forecasts in CRM.
• Act as commercial owner for casino partners with regular cadence.
• Assess partner segments, loyalty economics, and reinvestment strategy.
• Design marketing programs and loyalty campaigns.
• Lead business reviews and secure growth commitments.
• Provide partner training and sales materials.
